In order to get the proper support and replacement parts for your stove you must have all 3 pieces of information.


  1. MODEL: The model of your stove can be found on the front page of the owner's manual or at the top of the listing tag that is affixed to the back of the stove. You can also use this guide to identify the model:
  2. SERIAL NUMBER: The serial number of your stove is a number stamped or printed in a box at the top of the listing tag that is affixed to the back of the stove
  3. BURN POT SIZE: You must be able to identify the size of the burn pot in your stove. The stove model or serial number will not identify the burn pot size, this must be measured.


There are 3 different burner sizes: 7", 8" and 10". These cannot be measured from inside the firebox or glass door opening of the stove, you must open the maintenance door located below the firebox and measure the outside of the pot, the outside of the pot will measure approximately 7",8",or 10".
